More than 400 Smith alumnae reside in Oregon, and we represent many ages, professions, and interests. Every year, we celebrate Mountain Day with a walk in the woods, a garden, or anyplace outside we can appreciate the glorious fall weather. We gather for educational and social events at least a couple of times each year, sometimes to hear from a faculty speaker or notable Oregon Smith alumnae. Thanks to our Alumnae Admission Chair and alumnae who help her with interviews, we also send about 10 Oregon students to Smith each year. Our annual meeting in early June traditionally features a strawberry shortcake fest!

Dues range on a sliding scale from $10 to $50, and we use them mostly for production of our newsletter, published about three times each year. We also raise money for a scholarship that helps one or more Oregon students each year attend Smith. Please check out our upcoming events!
